Located in a prime area, close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff who were willing to assist with luggage and any issues that arose. Comfortable and clean rooms with modern amenities.

Very friendly staff, especially Kavinda Fernando, helped with luggage and made sure I was comfortable. Quaint and quirky location, just a minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Fantastic restaurant with discounts. Good location near water bus stop.

I was initially worried about the no refund policy, but the hotel were really nice too accommodate my changed plans. They upgraded my room and provided credit for the restaurant, ensuring I reminded me of I got value for my money. The customer service was excellent and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Despite the need for some updates, the hotel's location was unbeatable.

The hotel is located in a small alleyway, which may seem grotty at first, but it leads to a fantastic location. It is very close to the center, just a stone's throw away from the Rialto bridge. We found this convenient, as it allowed us to explore the city easily on foot. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, taking the time to provide us with information about places of interest in this city. Despite the small size of our room, it was clean and suitable for our family with small children.

The rooms at this hotel are in Venetian style, providing a charming and unique atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the views across the rooftops towards St Mark's bell tower from my room. The included breakfast at this hotel was delightful, with warm and crispy croissants being a highlight of the morning.

During our romantic escape in Venice, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The towels and sheets were fresh and changed daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. the breakfast provided was good. The continental spread offered a variety of delicious options, including warm bread, tasty ham and cheese, and delectable cakes. We also appreciated the efficient and organized service provided by the breakfast staff.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Rialto station, making it easily accessible and just a short walk away from all of the main attractions in Venice. After a long day of sightseeing, it's a relief to have a hotel that is near the main attractions. The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is helpful.
